Thurne, the experts in high performance bacon slicing equipment, have boosted the capabilities of the Thurne two bacon slicer to enable slicing of multiple logs of round product.
A set of optional change parts is now available to enable cutting of bacon rounds of up to 70mm diameter. This broadens the scope of the slicer, as the new product tracks can also accommodate non-bacon products, such as salami and chorizo style logs. Product can be sliced into bulk or shingled packs, in single and multilane operation.
These change parts are also available for existing Thurne two bacon slicers, offering new opportunities with a quick and simple changeover.
