- Management of the financial accounting function, and the maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Cash management and treasury duties, including the administration of petty cash
- Preparation of VAT returns / EC Sales / Intrastat reporting
- Accounts Payable: Coding, matching and processing of invoices
- Investigating and resolving queries relating to purchase invoices
- Sales Ledger: raising invoices, re-issuing invoices and raising credit notes (miscellaneous)
- Allocating all payments (payables & receivables) onto the ledger
- Expense Function administration & processing (credit cards & expense claims)
- Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained
- General Administration Duties/Filing
- Work effectively as part of the team
